Woah! Voucher bill makes it to Governor

The Georgia state Senate just passed a voucher bill, already approved by the House. The bill now goes to Republican Governor Sonny Perdue.
Does anyone know when the Governor may take a look at it? And what the chances are? Is it more likely that he’ll sign it or pull a feisty Puerto Rican and get into a fist fight?

UPDATE: Coverage in today’s Atlanta Journal-Constitution is available here; a substantive overview of the bill, here. According to A Chicago Blog, the Georgia Governor signed a special needs voucher bill into law last year.
