Philadelphia city officials said Wednesday the beatings of three suspects, captured on video by a television news crew, were ‘unacceptable,’ and added officers’ emotions are running high after the slaying of a sergeant last week. ‘We certainly are concerned about what we saw on the tape,’ Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey told reporters Wednesday afternoon.

These officers are certainly not to be commended for their actions. However we are not sure what was said during the stop. Remember these suspects have already killed one police officer. With the current court system officers get frustrated because nothing really ever happens to suspects and when it does it’s a laughable sentence. Not to mention by the time it goes to court it is probably years thanks to our wonderful lawers who drag it out!!
