Industry Nationalized…No Chance of Court Review?

The Detroit Free Press is running with a story that seems to be under the radar of the biggest media outlets. Given everybody’s love of the GWB administration, perhaps this one will really burst into the limelight. I’m no finance expert, but Section 8 of the Paulson bailout sounds a bit unnerving:
“Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.”
