The latest from the City of Hollywood, Broward County–Ft. Lauderdale area.
A state appeals court on Wednesday ruled the city of Hollywood can take a family’s downtown property and give it to a private developer.
Why did the the judges allow this?
Because the property in question is in a historic area.

All I have to say is I have lost all respect for the city of Rock Hill near St. Louis.

I really hope a developer comes and suggest the mayor’s house needs to be destroyed in order to build another strip mall.
