Dowd and Friedman

I’d guess that a sizable chunk of conservatives and libertarians think Maureen Dowd and Tom Friedman are columnists not worthy of reading. Friedman just doesn’t get economics and Dowd is an evil, fire-breathing liberal.
Once the NYT opinion page opened up for free online, I started checking them out…quite skeptical (of Dowd) at first. [...]
