The AP gets it wrong

A few days ago, a special state committee discussed the possibility of giving Texan high school dropouts a voucher.
That discussion went nowhere but I do need to correct the AP in their story.

The San Antonio Express reports that Texans have paid $2.4 million dollars for shitty bureaucrats, Superintendents, to leave the school system.
