A few days ago, a special state committee discussed the possibility of giving Texan high school dropouts a voucher.
That discussion went nowhere but I do need to correct the AP in their story.
They said the following:
Under a voucher program, students could attend any school their parents choose at state expense, whether the school be public [...]

So, in Texas bigger is obviously better, well not in this case. Less would be preferred.
The San Antonio Express reports that Texans have paid $2.4 million dollars for shitty bureaucrats, Superintendents, to leave the school system.
Why should taxpayer money be used to compensate the departure of a shitty bureaucrat? Why not have their fancy [...]
